Linux: I’ve tried 3 different distros this weekend; wolvix, vector linux, and now xubuntu. I read this article about the performance for different distros. What is wrong with me. I can’t stop trying different linux operating systems.
WordPress: WP-super cache doesn’t speed up my website, but actually slows it down. I have compression turned, but the darn thing just gets slower. If I put the plugin into HALF ON mode then my site becomes very fast. Half on mode just gives you the classic wp-cache functionality.
