Today, Zack went to a client’s location to find that internet explorer and firefox were crashing constantly. Which through an event ID of 1000. After searching the interwebs for a fix we came up with nothing. I finally had him read off the event log errors and he found a file that referenced MSPDB36.DLL. My first Google search came up with a PrevX File Investigation Report.
Basically this MSPDB36.DLL is a information stealer. Malwarebytes, Trojan Remover, and McAffe all missed this file. PrevX community first reported this on January of 2010. If you need a discount for PrevX it is: 43U487U
