Today, I noticed that Google Maps was updated with Street View. I don’t know how long we have had it, but its a pretty cool feature. You can see in a 360 degree dome view as if you were standing on the street corner. I’ve also noticed everybody’s license plates have been blurred out, that had to take a long time. A lot of people have complained about security concerns that street view has brought us. News reported that the India Terrorist attacks were planned using google maps with street view. I noticed on the bancorp south arena sign that google blurred out the close ups. I was trying to see what time and date these photos were taken. I did notice that the Tupelo Travel Center and the Hilton had just started construction in these pictures.
