Ussuri made a comment about threetags.com. The major theme I really like about their service is that they encrypt all your notes before they are transferred to their servers. I wish evernote could do something like this with their premium members.
Check out how threetags.com does it. This by far must be the most extreme step toward security for online personal data such as notes. I might give them a try.
