Problem:
Internet Explorer prints html code.

Solution: Set Internet Explorer as your default internet browser

Click start
Click Set Program Access and Defaults
Under choose a default web browser, select Internet Explorer
Then hit Ok

I kept trying to use logmein from my Vista machine and it would crash the session every time i tried to remote control. So, I finally found a solution. Somebody had the same problem and contacted LMI about it. They wrote a registry cleaning file that if you run it, it will clean out some type of add-on affecting both browsers.

They have taken down their old forum and the link doesn’t work anymore. I had to use this again last night on February 19th, 2009. It worked. I forgot to add that you need to copy and past all that code into a text file and rename it with “.reg” at the end of it. Remember that you have to have the ” Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00″ at the top of the file or it will not import into the registry. Make sure you backup your registry !!!
