Problem:

When you open iTunes and go to the iTunes store, you are not able to read the font or text on the screen. It looks like another language or gibberish.

Solution:

Delete ALL Helvetica fonts. All of them, and restart your computer.

Notes:
It’s strongly recommended you backup your fonts before deleting them.
